Local Caribbean food joint Rhythm Kitchen E17 is set to present a special dining experience at William Morris Gallery next month.

On Friday 6th September, the Walthamstow gallery will open its doors until late for what is promised to be an “unforgettable culinary experience”.

Guests on the night can expect to indulge in a three-course meal, with each course paired with a specially selected cocktail or a rum sample from the distinguished Chairman’s Reserve or Bounty rum range.

Every course, created by the chefs at Rhythm Kitchen E17, is said to be designed to “highlight the complex flavours” of each dish.

The fine-dining evening will be hosted by Ash from premium spirits distributor Mangrove. Ash, the gallery says, will guide diners through the evening with her “expert insights” into relationship between the food and the accompanying spirits.

Aside from serving up classic Caribbean food like braised oxtail, curry goat, and jerk chicken, Rhythm Kitchen E17 also runs regularly sold-out rum tasting and cocktail making sessions, as part of its rum club.

The next edition, on 21st August, will see Chairman’s Reserve rum ambassador and creator of the Manchester Rum Festival, Dave Marsland, guide guests through the “delicious complexities” of Chairman’s Reserve Rum.
