Running at The Collab in Hoe Street from Thursday to Sunday this week, Scotty’ Roller’s iconic rock’n’roll illustrations will be on show alongside Pauline Di Silvestro’s dynamic photographs of London’s vibrant punk and cabaret scenes
A Walthamstow restaurant and bar is to host a “one-of-a-kind” artistic collaboration between two distinguished creatives, renowned local music and burlesque photographer Pauline Di Silvestro and acclaimed music illustrator Scotty Roller.
This exclusive exhibition, opening on Thursday (26th September) at The Collab in Hoe Street, will showcase Scotty’s iconic rock’n’roll illustrations alongside Pauline’s dynamic photographs of London’s vibrant punk and cabaret scenes.
Scotty Roller boasts an impressive career spanning nearly 40 years, during which he has created posters and flyers for legendary performers such as Loretta Lynn, Merle Haggard, The Who, Morrissey, The Misfits, Los Lobos, Mavis Staples, Jerry Lee Lewis, and The Descendents.
His work has been featured in prominent publications like The Huffington Post, The New York Times, L.A. Times, The Rodder’s Journal, and OC Weekly. Scotty’s creative process is deeply intentional, centering his art around themes, colors, styles, and city iconography specific to each show. His posters often include subtle details that resonate with die-hard fans, making each piece a unique tribute to the band it represents.

Pauline Di Silvestro planted her roots in Walthamstow in October 2017. She brings over 12 years of experience in live music and performance photography to this exhibition. Her work captures thrilling moments of both intimate punk shows and grand festivals. Pauline has received numerous nominations, including the British Photography Awards in 2020 and 2023, the International Photography Awards in 2022 and 2023, and the London International Creative Competition in 2023.
As the in-house photographer for the Double R Club (now at the Walthamstow Trades Hall), Riff Raff Kabarett, and a regular collaborator with Rockshot Magazine, Pauline has photographed iconic artists such as Iggy Pop, Rancid, The Interrupters, The Hives, and cabaret stars like Betsy Rose, Molly Beth Morossa, and Ida Sanguine.
The pop-up exhibition will run from Thursday 26th September to Sunday 29th September.
