Police have issued an urgent missing person appeal for a “vulnerable” Walthamstow man who was last seen in Stamford Hill on Monday (20th October).
Robert Stopa, 43, is 176cm (5’9″), weighs 130kg, has light-brown hair and green eyes. He has a scar above his upper lip and a large colourful upper-arm tattoo from his elbow to shoulder.
He was last seen in Stamford Hill on Monday (20th October) wearing a colourful jumper and black joggers. He has mobility issues due to a previous leg injury and has difficulty walking. As a high-risk and vulnerable adult, Robert may be confused or scared, police said.
The public is advised to call 999 and stay with him until help arrives. They are also encouraged to not argue or chase him but speak calmly and offer him water/a seat.
