Leisure Centres around Waltham Forest will be offering a range of taster sessions for free as part of their Open Weekend on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July.

Participating leisure centres are: Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre, Chingford Leisure Centre, Leyton Leisure Centre, Leytonstone Leisure Centre, Score Leisure Centre and Walthamstow Leisure Centre.

Taster sessions are on offer for junior gym, badminton, tennis and squash. There will also be the opportunity to try out fitness classes, including HIIT, mind and body fitness, cardio and dance and swim school.

The Waltham Forest Spa Experience at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre is offering 45-minute thermal spa sessions. Other treatments can be booked at discounted rates this weekend too.

Daniel O’Connor, GLL Partnership Manager, says: “Whether you’re looking to hit the gym, try out a new fitness class or enjoy a swim, there’s something for everyone. We urge as many people as possible to come along, see what’s on offer and join in the fun.”
