Two men have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm

A man was rushed to hospital with a serious head injuries following an incident in Church Road, Leyton yesterday evening (19th March).
Police attending the incident yesterday at 9.26pm arrested two men, 25, and 38, on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH).
The injured man, whose condition is now not believed to be life-threatening, was rushed to hospital by the police.
Police taped off a section of Church Road, at the junction with Rosedene Terrace and Goldsmith Road until 9.30am this morning (20th March). The road closure meant several buses were diverted earlier this morning and overnight.
Enquiries into the incident are on-going, the Metropolitan Police said.
