As lockdown restrictions continue to ease, you might be wondering where in Waltham Forest you can get a Covid-19 test.
You don’t need an appointment, and the type of test you’ll get depends on whether you’re symptomatic (a PCR test) or not (a same-day lateral flow test).

Anyone with any of the three recognisable Covid-19 symptoms (a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss of smell/taste) can order a free home test from gov.uk.
But symptom-less people can now get access to free lateral flow home-testing kits.
This is part of an initiative called Communities Collect, which is nationwide, to help control the spread of the virus now that schools have reopened, following the third national lockdown.
Tests can be collected seven days a week, during the opening times of the following sites:
