Walthamstow taproom to host day-time family disco

Parents will get a free pint on arrival at the Saturday 20th August event

The Pretty Decent Beer Co taproom at 17&Central in Walthamstow is to host a family disco from 2-4pm on Saturday 20th August.

Called Bubblebox, the event will see DJ ‘Fiesta No Siesta’ spinning big disco beats and house grooves, while face-painting, bubbles, balloons will be on offer for kids.

There will be a fully stocked bar of beer, wines and two-for-one Aperol Spritzes for the adults, as well as juice cartons and mini £4 pizzas for the kids.

£6 adult tickets include a free first pint. Children tickets cost £3, with non-walkers going free.

In a bid to reduce carbon emissions, freshly brewed beers will be transported from the Blackhorse Lane brewery to the new 17&Central taproom by bicycle.

Pretty Decent Co opened on 11th April at the CRATE food court in 17&Central. As well as a shared brewery and taproom space in Blackhorse Road, Pretty Decent operate a taproom on Sheridan Road in Forest Gate.

In a bid to reduce carbon emissions, freshly brewed beers are transported from the Blackhorse Lane brewery to the 17&Central site by bike.
