Two sisters are set to open a brand new yoga studio on Leyton Midland Road.

Ex-primary school teachers Mia and Courtney Bull, who grew up a stone’s-throw from the yoga studio, will open their hotpod yoga venture on 18th April.

To celebrate the launch of the new studio, and welcome new people to the ‘hotpod yoga’ concept, Mia and Courtney will be hosting a series of complimentary taster classes on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April.

The hotpod yoga concept sees yogis practice in “immersive” patented pods that are regulated at 37 degrees with the effect of “deepening the effects” of a typical yoga class.

Commenting on the studio opening, Mia and Courtney, said: “The pod is unlike anything you have experienced before – a truly immersive experience where everybody is welcome, no matter your level or experience. Variations and adaptations are offered for all postures and stretches and no, you don’t have to be flexible! To experience the pod, is to get hooked!”

Mia and Courtney continued: “Hotpod Yoga is a one-of-a-kind experience that caters to all levels. It’s much more than just a yoga class – it’s an immersive, multi-sensory experience that feels a million miles from the everyday. Glowing lights, rhythmic beats, aromatic scents, all wrapped up in a comfortable 37 degree heat.

“Some people leave a class feeling energised and ready to start the day, while others leave feeling calm and relaxed. Whichever feeling you’re looking for, the pod will be a true oasis in Leyton, and everyone is welcome.”

After the opening weekend, the pair intend to offer two weeks of unlimited yoga for £22. For those who wish to continue their Hotpod Yoga experience, a range of attendance options will be available – including a single class for £18, a five-class pass for £77, and an unlimited monthly membership for £120 a month.

Hotpod Yoga Leyton becomes the latest member of the Hotpod Yoga family. Launched in 2013, the company has grown to become the UK’s largest yoga business with more than 50 studios nationwide and has plans to expand further.
