Police are searching for three men who left the scene following a ‘random’ attack in the early hours of Sunday morning

Two men are in hospital after being assaulted on St Andrews Road in Walthamstow shortly before 1.30am on Sunday (29th October).
One man was treated with two stab wounds to his leg while the other man is being treated for a head injury. Police told the Echo that the condition of the man with the stab injury is “not life-threatening”, while the other man’s condition is still being assessed.
The Metropolitan Police added that the victims were attacked by three men who left the scene following the incident.
The incident is reportedly being treated as a “random attack”, according to a police statement shared by the Walthamstow MP Stella Creasy on Facebook.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson told the Echo that they treated two patients at the scene for injuries, and took one to a major trauma centre and the other to a local hospital.
The spokesperson added: “We sent multiple resources to the scene, including two ambulance crews, a medic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and members of our tactical response unit.
“We also dispatched a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance, which consisted of a doctor and a paramedic in a car.”
Police have not yet made arrests and enquiries continue.
