The Metropolitan Police has launched an urgent appeal for a missing teenager from Leyton.
Hazel, 18, was last seen at 3.30pm yesterday (Tuesday 26th September) in Leyton.
A tweet posted by the Metropolitan Police states that Hazel was last seen wearing a cream dress, black leggings, and grey cardigan.
The police said that Hazel has trouble communicating and that there is concern for her welfare.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote CAD5144/26Sep.
