The Met Police have now found and arrested a wanted sex offender who they warned was last seen in East London.

The 40-year-old man was wanted by police on suspicion of violating his bail and failing to keep police informed of his name, address or other personal information.

Following an appeal for help to find him put out by the Met Police on 18th February, the force released an update today confirming he had been found and arrested.

He was arrested in Wiltshire on 22nd February.
