Here are the roads that will be resurfaced

Waltham Forest Council has published its updated list of roads due to be resurfaced throughout the remainder of 2026.
A total of 30 were identified for resurfacing and work has been completed on 16 so far.
Resurfacing the roads will cost the council £3.2million, while repairs to paths will cost £435,300.
The list was unveiled at a full council meeting held last night (16th July), the second under the new Green administration.
The bulk of the remaining work is in the Larkswood and Highams Hill wards, which are each due for two further resurfacings.
During last week’s meeting (16th July), top councillors indicated the works – many of which began in May – were progressing well.
The list, however, does not include estimated finish dates.
The most expensive resurfacing will be the £227,600 project to replace the carriageway in Kings Head Hill and The Ridgeway, in Endlebury and Chingford Green, covering a total of 6,000 square metres.
It is followed by the resurfacing of 3,000sqm of Bridge End, in Chapel End, which will cost £220,200.
The costliest pavement work will be in Dale View End, also in Endlebury, at £92,400. It began in June and is ongoing.
The essential works, when combined, will set the council back £3.63m.

- Hale End Rd E17 (Heathcroft Gdns to Belle Vue Rd)
- Inks Green E4
- Kings Head Hill E4 (The Ridgeway to College Gardens) and The Ridgeway (Kings Head Hill to 11)
- Lea Valley Rd E4
- Melville Rd E17
- Stow Crescent E17
- Warren Rd E10 (A106)
Meanwhile, the following footways are due for refurbishment:
- Dale View Ave E4
- Davies Lane E11
- Montserrat Ave IG8
- Weale Rd E4 (Withy Mead to 39 Weale Rd)
