Greek restaurant My Pitta re-opens on Hoe Street

Mediterranean restaurant My Pitta on Walthamstow’s Hoe Street re-opened under new management and celebrated by handing out free food this week.

The restaurant, which has an ‘Excellent’ star rating of 4.6 on Deliveroo and 465 reviews, was giving away free food to customers on Monday (9th September).

My Pitta, which serves authentic Greek meals, is praised for its “tasty” food. Customer reviews on the food delivery site, Deliveroo have noted how “great” it is.

One customer said: “This is some of the best Greek food I’ve tasted outside of Greece.”

Another one said: “Perfect taste; like I am in Athens.”

Meals from their menu include various wraps such as a Traditional Greek Village Sausage wrap for £9.70, a Lamb Souvlaki Wrap for £11.70. You can also opt for a healthy Greek salad, or a less healthy but delicious Baklava for dessert.

Customers can also order platters to share, which come in three size options depending on the amount of people it is shared amongst.

The platters include foods such as lamb, pork, traditional Greek village sausages, pitta bread and more.
