Man stabbed on Walthamstow street

Police were called to South Grove at 9.12pm last night

Police are investigating after a man walked into a local hospital with stab wounds last night following a disturbance on a residential Walthamstow street.

Police were called to South Grove at 9.12pm on Saturday (23rd March).

According to the Met, officers responded within five minutes but did not find a victim or suspect at the scene. 

At around the same time, police were told that a man attended a local hospital with a stab injury. A spokesperson for the Met added that his condition has been judged to be non-life threatening or life-changing. Police believe the man sustained the injury in South Grove.

There have not been any arrests so far.
