Man hospitalised after fight on Hoe Street

Police and ambulance arrived at the scene just before 7.30pm yesterday

A man is hospital with head injuries following a fight in Walthamstow. Police and paramedics attended the scene at Hoe Street at around 7.25pm yesterday.

No arrests were made, police said but an investigation is underway.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “We were called at 7.25pm on Wednesday, 20th December to reports of a fight in Hoe Street, Walthamstow. Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.

“A man was found with a head injury. He was taken to hospital where his condition will be assessed. An investigation is under way and enquiries are ongoing. There have been no arrests. Any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 6292/20Dec.”
