Big Penny Social, the UK’s largest beer hall and renowned Walthamstow social hub, will host its second annual beer festival in November.

The festival will run from Thursday 2nd to Saturday 4th November, will feature over 120 cask beers from independent breweries in the south east, keg beers from local breweries, spirits and cocktails from London distilleries along with live music and DJs.

Breweries that will be featured includes Anspach & Hobday, Burning Sky, Hammerton, Redemption, Signature Brew and Wild Card Brewery.

The 1,400-capacity venue will also host entertainment during the festival from live bands such as The Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band “Rhiannon”, Bruce Springsteen Tribute “Bootleg Boss” and singer/songwriter Oli Fox will be playing covers, favourites and guilty pleasures during his set.

Hungry guests will be able to fill their stomachs with freshly made sourdough pizzas that come with vegetarian or vegan options, and every purchased ticket will include a commemorative festival pint glass.

In the summer, Big Penny Social became a giant beach resort called Walthamstow-on-Sea. The venue rolled out a sandy beach complete with deckchairs and beach balls in July and August.
