A local climbing centre is to hold a street party complete with DJs, an artisan market, and yoga on the 15th July from 12pm.

Yonder, on 6 Hooker’s Road near Blackhorse Road station, is a community-led facility with indoor climbing, co-working, studio space and a cafe.

Thanh Nguyen, Yonder Climbing Centre manager said: “The Street Party is our way of giving something back to our local community. We’ll have lots of different things to try which is free for those that want to take part.”

He added: “We have Wee Movers in for the little ones as well as a Bouncy Castle. For those interested in climbing but who haven’t had the opportunity, we’ll be holding free Family Climbing Taster sessions as well as Adult Climbing Tasters. Games and Music through out the day to keep everyone entertained while the food and drink flows.”

Yonder has the little ones covered with a wide range of fun-filled activities. From face painting to bouncy castles and interactive games, there’s a lot on offer.

The fun isn’t limited to kids though. Adults will be able to dive into a world of adventure with yoga and climbing tasters, soothing massage tasters, and slack-lining.

The street party will also feature an artisan market where people can immerse themselves in a vibrant marketplace, bursting with talented local artisans and their unique creations. Meanwhile, Table 13 will be providing delicious local foods and local breweries will be responsible for the drinks.
