Walthamstow's chart-topping 90s boyband East 17 are performing a free concert at the town hall tomorrow.

They will perform a half-hour set of their well-known hits, including 1994 Christmas number one 'Stay Another Day', starting from 4pm on 4th December.

The event is one of a series of "Winter Choirfest" events at the town hall, which also includes a performance from the London Forest Choir.

East 17's lineup has changed a number of times since their heyday in the early 90s, although original member Terry Coldwell still remains.

The other two current band members are Joe Livermore and former Artful Dodger collaborator Robbie Craig.

The band's debut album Walthamstow, released in 1992, was nominated for the Mercury Prize that year.

The band is named for the E17 postcode, where the original members hailed from.
